The BLQUE web site is evolving, we continue to promote slow flavorful cooking on Traeger grills but are expanding to include the FEC smokers and Louisiana grill lines. Since becoming a Traeger owner and authorized Dealer we at BLQUE have noticed, there exists an almost extended family between Traeger grill owners, the same exists with the FEC and Louisiana cooker owners.

Many new pellet grill owners get the same excitement as we did the first time we cooked on a Texas grill. It’s this infant pellet grill master’s enthusiasm that continues to perpetuate BLQUE’s own enthusiasm.

Last year brought many changes to BLQUE, not only has our product line of grills expanded, we have also increased our rubs, sauces and BBQ accessories to include a signature line. BLQUE also supports the Cuttin Edge Qn competition BBQ team that is enjoying successes on the KCBS and IBCA BBQ circuits. To tie all this together BLQUE owns and supports www.pelletheads.com a forum for BBQ pellet chefs that discusses recipes, products, and grills.

With these additions we will continue bring the “over the line” products that will make both the new and experienced chef a champion in the backyard or on the Competition circuit.

BLQUE hopes that sharing these experiences and products on this site will help all BBQ Chefs, pellet grill owners and those curious to the pellet cooking take full advantage of the endless possibilities to the pellet cooking world.
